Our Story
Youth Enhancement Program Inc. was founded with a simple yet powerful mission: to ensure every young person in Saint John, New Brunswick has access to the education, training, and opportunities they need to build successful careers and fulfilling lives.
What began as a small initiative to address the growing skills gap among young workers has evolved into a comprehensive youth development organization serving hundreds of young people each year.
Today, we are recognized as a leading workforce development organization in the Maritimes, with our Work Ethic Certification program being sought after by employers across the region.
