- $100 - Covers transportation for a youth to attend sessions
- $250 - Sponsors one week of training for a participant
- $500 - Funds a complete Work Ethic Certification for one youth

Become a Mentor
Share your career experience and life lessons with a young person who is just starting their journey. As a mentor, you'll provide guidance, support, and encouragement that can change a life.
What Mentors Do:
- Meet regularly with a youth participant (in-person or virtually)
- Share career insights and professional experiences
- Provide guidance on workplace challenges
- Help set and achieve career goals
- Serve as a positive role model and advocate
Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per month for a minimum of 6 months
