8-Week Program Structure
Foundation Building
Introduction to work ethic principles, self-assessment, and goal setting. Understanding employer expectations and the value of professional conduct.
Core Skills Development
Deep dive into punctuality, responsibility, and communication. Interactive workshops and role-playing exercises.
Advanced Professional Skills
Teamwork dynamics, problem-solving scenarios, and workplace professionalism. Mock workplace simulations.
Assessment & Certification
Final assessments, employer meet-and-greet sessions, certification ceremony, and job placement preparation.

- Resident of Saint John or surrounding area
- Committed to full program participation

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 3 PM
